Use of the App

Questyline is an interactive story application. It allows you to play branching stories, make choices, experience different outcomes, track progress, and use other gameplay features made available in the app.

Story Content

Questyline may contain fictional stories, characters, dialogue, choices, fantasy or science-fiction situations, romance, humor, and fictional conflict. Story outcomes are fictional and are provided for entertainment purposes.

Available stories, routes, rewards, and other content may change in future versions of the app.

User-Imported Story Archives

If the app allows you to import supported story archives, you are responsible for the content you choose to import and for ensuring that you have the legal right to use it.

You agree not to use Questyline to import or distribute content that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

App Features and Saved Progress

Questyline may include story saves, run history, choices, achievements, unlockable rewards, inventory, chance-based outcomes, story importing, and other interactive features.

Features may be changed, improved, replaced, or removed in future updates. We do not guarantee that every story, imported archive, or saved run will remain compatible with every future version.

Intellectual Property

Questyline, its original app design, bundled original content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, trademarks, and copyrighted works remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, Questyline is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party rights holders.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the app and for any content you import into it. You must not misuse Questyline in a way that interferes with the app, violates applicable law, or infringes another person’s rights.

Disclaimer

Questyline is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or compatibility with every device or imported story archive.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use Questyline.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
