When contacting support, please include your device model, iOS version, Questyline version, the story name, a short description of the issue, and the steps that led to it if possible.

Starting or Continuing a Story

  1. Open Questyline and choose a story from the library.
  2. Open the story details page.
  3. Select Continue Story to resume an unfinished run, or Start New Story to begin again.
  4. Make choices to move through the story.

Choices and Chance

Some choices may have a success chance. Items, status effects, companions, previous decisions, or story-specific characteristics can affect which choices are available or how likely they are to succeed.

Achievements and Rewards

Questyline can unlock achievements and story rewards as you play. Some rewards require reaching a particular ending or completing a specific route.

If a reward does not unlock, finish the current scene or ending, return to the story details or profile screen, and check again.

Importing a Story Archive

If your version of Questyline includes story importing:

  1. Open the profile or import area in Questyline.
  2. Select the option to import a story archive.
  3. Choose a supported .zip story archive from Files.
  4. After validation, the story will appear in your library.

If an archive is rejected, it may be damaged, unsupported, missing required files, or built for an incompatible story format.

Resetting Progress

If you want to start a story again, use Start New Story from its details page. If you use an app-wide erase or reset option, review the confirmation carefully because locally stored progress may be removed.
